Wine Tasting Menu Minimum of 18 Guests are needed for this event in your home. We will supply you with a wine expert to pair the wines and discuss the wines with your guests. New World will also present and prepare the entire menu, presentation, rentals and Staffing for your event. The Stationary table will begin with a cornucopia of grilled vegetable kabobs, raw vegetables, chilled gazpacho with cruditιs stirrers (side of chilled lemon vodka for a mini Mary), red grapes rolled in Roquefort cheese and then again in chopped walnuts. Baked brie with cranberries, cinnamon and brown sugar. Double pesto cheese torts with pine nuts, sliced baguettes and flatbreads. First Pairing Champagne/Sparkling Wine - flute Passed Lobster and Shrimp Cerviche served on tasting spoons Stationary - Sesame seared Sashimi tuna with a cusabi sauce (cucumber and wasabi cream)
