A check or
credit card deposit of $250.00 is required to secure the date of
your event and Support Staff (check # )

(visa/MC/Amex) expiration date along with a signed contract and a
minimum guaranteed # of people__________ is required to hold the
date of __________ with New World Catering. A deposit of $1000.00 is
required for all Events with a menu price $5000.00 and above. 50 %
of the remaining balance & final menu selections are required six
(6) weeks prior to function on ______________(this is inclusive of
all holidays as well). The entire balance must be paid the day of
the actual the event. This balance is payable by cash, credit card
or a check. If you are using a credit card we must have a signature
on file. Please make all checks payable to New World Catering.
New World
reserves the right to adjust all final costs when there is an
increase in market price. Due to an increasing cost on all food
items, New World will estimate (~) all menu proposals costs for
Events that are to be held six (6) from the initial proposal date.
Any change in pricing with be discussed prior with all contracted
Clients.
New World may substitute a food item if not available and will
notify Client 72 hours prior to the aforementioned Event date.
There is a
service charge of 10% for all services provided above the menu
creation and staffing for your Event, (floral, limo, rentals, ice,
specialty items, entertainment, etc). All credit card purchases are
subject to 3% service charge. This surcharge and service charge will
be reflected on your final bill.
If the client
cancels the function less than 72 hours prior to the date of the
function, New World Catering & Food Boutique reserves the right
“not” to issue a refund of the deposit and the 50% paid prior.
Severe inclement weather or situations beyond the control of New
World Catering will be the exception
Alcohol is
not purchased through New World Catering and must be purchased by
the Client.
New World
schedules supporting staff with one (1) staff member per 15 guests,
a Chef will be scheduled for each event (per 50 guests). A Party
Leader will be assigned for such parties that are necessary. If two
(2) service staff members are needed they will be paid at $30.00 per
hour rate. If one (1) staff member is needed the cost for that staff
member is $35.00 per hour. There is a five (5) hour guarantee for
each Event starting when the staff arrives. Gratuity is not included
in this price and is at the Clients’ discretion. Price for each
